Heartwood - Powder Springs, GA

Role: Lead Designer while employed at a national interior design firm

Led design direction for this multifamily community, guiding concept development, finish palette creation, and FF&E selection in collaboration with the project team. The interiors balance a modern farmhouse sensibility with richly layered details, combining soft taupes, honeyed woods, and matte black hardware with warm brass accents and curated artwork. Amenities include expansive gathering spaces, a resort-style pool, outdoor lounges, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and specialty spaces such as a pet spa - all designed to create a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience with equal emphasis on comfort, beauty, and durability.

East Bay Flats - Parker, FL

Role: Lead Designer while employed at a national interior design firm

Directed the interior design vision for this waterfront multifamily community, overseeing concept development, finish selections, and FF&E specification. Interiors were designed to reflect elevated coastal living, with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, walk-in closets, in-unit laundry, and private balconies. Amenities include a waterfront pool, private beach access, boat slips, a resort-style dog park with pet wash station, and an Air Force–themed playground. Indoor gathering spaces and outdoor lounges were planned to flow seamlessly, creating an upscale, lifestyle-driven environment that blends practicality, playfulness, and polished style.

The Vaughan - Austin, TX

Role: Lead Designer while employed at a national interior design firm

Provided design leadership for this multifamily community in EastVillage’s modern mixed-use district, directing concept development and FF&E specification. The interiors layer warm neutrals, rich wood tones, and sleek black accents into a polished, contemporary framework, with light quartz countertops, brushed-metal hardware, and expansive windows that flood spaces with natural light. The aesthetic extends seamlessly to the amenities, where textured stone and smooth concrete meet muted greens and earthy fabrics in the lounge and coworking spaces, and bold lighting defines the 24-hour fitness center. Outdoor environments- from draped cabanas by the pool to the dog park’s natural landscape - were designed to create a cohesive, design-forward experience that feels both urban and inviting.

The Met - Bradenton, FL

Role: Lead Designer while employed at a national interior design firm

Led the interior design of the clubhouse and leasing office for this energetic, art-forward community, focusing on spaces where creativity meets comfort. The design celebrates bold expression, layering a full spectrum of vibrant colors against crisp white walls and built-in shelving - an “artist’s canvas” that makes every hue pop. Thoughtful furniture selections and playful accessories were curated to create a dynamic, inviting atmosphere that feels both refined and effortlessly livable.

West Village – Wildwood, FL

Role: Lead Designer while employed at a national interior design firm

Directed the interior design vision for this Craftsman-inspired multifamily community, reinterpreting classic architectural charm through a contemporary lens. The palette blends aged sage and deep charcoal with warm taupe woods and creamy neutral textiles for an approachable yet refined look. Modern details such as matte black fixtures, clean-lined lighting, and custom millwork elevate the traditional foundation. Spacious open-plan interiors and integrated modern conveniences combine to create a harmonious balance of warmth, craftsmanship, and streamlined elegance.

The Napier – Daytona Beach, FL

Role: Lead Designer while employed at a national interior design firm

Led the design of the Phase 2 clubhouse and pool for this coastal community, drawing inspiration from the luxe energy of its surroundings. The aesthetic channels a refined Art Deco influence interpreted through a playful, polished lens. Interiors were envisioned as a crisp white backdrop with built-in shelving that sets the stage for vivid jewel tones and geometric accents. Sapphire blue sofas, brass-framed mirrors, and sculptural lighting add layers of glamour while keeping the atmosphere comfortable and inviting.

The Wilds – Wildwood, FL

Led the design of the Phase 2 clubhouse and gathering spaces for this modern-rustic community. The interiors balance natural textures with polished finishes, featuring warm wood tones, sculptural fire pits, and stone accents within a palette rooted in earth-forward elegance. Wellness areas, including sauna rooms and hydro-massage chairs, flow seamlessly into outdoor pools and lounge areas. The design emphasizes comfort and community while honoring Wildwood’s farm and rail heritage through robust, nature-aligned materials and carefully considered layering.

Avana Cheshire Bridge – Atlanta, GA

Role: Lead Designer while employed at a national interior design firm

Directed the refresh of the clubhouse and exterior gathering areas, introducing a clean, elevated palette rooted in light-filled minimalism. Crisp white millwork pairs with soft neutral furnishings, brushed-metal lighting, and warm wood accents to balance sleekness with approachable comfort. The redesigned poolside features shaded lounging zones and a cozy coffee bar, creating an elegant extension of the interior living space. The result is a serene, refined environment that revitalizes the property’s communal heart while honoring its architectural character.

Madison Fountains - St. Johns, FL

Role: Lead Designer while employed at a national interior design firm

Led the interiors for a property that balances modern elegance with relaxed Florida living. The palette layers light wood tones with muted neutrals and warm accents, all framed by generous ceiling heights and abundant natural light. Led the design of communal spaces, infusing them with easy elegance. Interiors pair soft neutrals in dove gray and linen with warm wood textures and crisp matte black accents.
