My brief: infuse fun and optimism into a no-nonsense, high-throughput environment without losing clarity, comfort, or durability.
Design idea: bring Orlando’s color and motion indoors, then layer hospitality-grade function.
Wayfinding & brand moments. The pop-art skyline wall anchors the welcome zone, while kinetic pendant fixtures echo ride tracks and waves—memorable, not kiddie.
Zones that work. A clear front-of-house for greeting and quick questions; semi-private consult pods screened by blue ombré panels for focused conversations; flexible seating clusters that expand/contract with traffic.
Comfort that lasts. Contract-grade upholstery (Crypton/vinyl blends), solid-surface tops, and metal bases stand up to sunscreen, sand, and spills. Patterned carpet tile hides wear and dampens sound for calm acoustics.
Human details. Power is at the seat, sightlines are open for easy supervision, and scaled lounge pieces keep kids relaxed without turning the space into a playroom.
Back-of-house made invisible. Built-in storage and beverage fridges keep the desk clean and the pace professional.
