Heartwood - Powder Springs, GA

Set within the growing West Cobb corridor, Heartwood Powder Springs offers a modern farmhouse sensibility paired with richly layered interiors. The design palette blends soft taupes, honeyed woods, and matte black hardware, accented by warm brass lighting and art with a subtle Southern influence. Lavish outdoor lounges, a resort-style pool, and expansive gathering spaces create a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. Residents enjoy thoughtfully appointed amenities including a state-of-the-art fitness center, pet spa, and community spaces designed for connection, all finished with materials that balance beauty, comfort, and durability.

East Bay Flats - Parker, FL

Nestled along the East Bay shoreline in Parker, FL, East Bay Flats brings waterfront living into refined focus. Interiors emphasize elevated comfort - think quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances, walk-in closets, in-unit laundry, and private balconies. The amenity collection underscores lifestyle-first design with a waterfront pool, private beach access, boat slips, a resort-style dog park with pet wash station, and even an Air Force-themed playground. Indoor gathering spaces and outdoor lounges blend seamlessly, creating a sense of upscale coastal community that balances practicality, playfulness, and polished style.

The Vaughan - Austin, TX

Set within EastVillage’s modern mixed-use district, The Vaughan layers warm neutrals, rich wood tones, and sleek black accents into a polished, contemporary framework. Interiors feature light quartz countertops, brushed-metal hardware, and expansive windows that flood spaces with natural light. The aesthetic flows seamlessly into the community’s amenities—textured stone and smooth concrete mingle poolside, muted greens and earthy fabrics define the lounge and coworking spaces, and bold lighting punctuates the 24-hour fitness center. Thoughtful outdoor settings, from cabanas framed in soft drapery to the dog park’s natural landscape, create a cohesive, design-forward experience that feels equally urban and inviting.

The Met - Bradenton, FL

An energetic, art-forward community where creativity meets comfort. The design celebrates bold expression, layering a full spectrum of vibrant colors against crisp white walls and built-in shelving—an “artist’s canvas” that makes every hue pop. Thoughtful furniture selections and playful accessories create a dynamic, inviting atmosphere that feels both curated and effortlessly livable.

West Village – Wildwood, FL

West Village reimagines Craftsman-era charm through a contemporary lens. The interiors showcase a calming palette of aged sage and deep charcoal paired with warm taupe woods and creamy neutral textiles - an approachable yet refined nod to classic palette foundations. Thoughtful modern touches, such as sleek matte black fixtures and clean-lined lighting, elevate the traditional tones. Communal spaces - like the shaded courtyard with pergola and rustic wood detailing - accent the timeless aesthetic with purposeful design. With spacious open-floor plan interiors and modern convenience built-in, this project blends warmth, craftsmanship, and clean, current lines for a harmonious, lived-in elegance.

The Napier – Daytona Beach, FL

Inspired by the luxe energy of its coastal surroundings, The Napier Phase 2 channels a refined Art Deco aesthetic through a playful, polished lens. Interiors are designed like a blank canvas - crisp white walls and built-in shelving form a striking backdrop for vivid jewel tones and geometric accents. Think sapphire blue sofas, brass-framed mirrors, and sculptural lighting that feel both glamorous and lived-in.

The Wilds – Wildwood, FL

Embracing a modern-rustic vibe, The Wilds' Phase 2 showcases a clubhouse and gathering spaces that artfully balance natural textures with polished finishes. Bold communal areas feature warm wood tones, sculptural fire pits, and stone accents that anchor a palette rooted in earth-forward elegance. The wellness areas - including sauna rooms and hydro-massage chairs - blend seamlessly with outdoor pools and lounge areas. These spaces emphasize comfort and community, set within architecture that honors Wildwood’s farm and rail heritage through robust, nature-aligned materials and thoughtful layering.

Avana Cheshire Bridge – Atlanta, GA

This refresh modernizes the clubhouse and exterior experience with a clean, elevated palette rooted in light-filled minimalism. Think crisp white millwork paired with soft neutral furnishings, brushed-metal lighting, and warm-toned wood accents that balance sleekness with accessible comfort. The refreshed poolside area features shaded lounging zones and a cozy coffee bar that frame the outdoors as an elegant extension of the interior living space. The overall design brings a serene, refined energy to the communal heart of the property - achieving a contemporary feel while seamlessly refreshing the existing architectural narrative.

Madison Fountains - St. Johns, FL

Madison Fountains presents a balance of modern elegance and relaxed Florida living. The design palette blends light wood tones with muted neutrals and warm accents - framed by generous ceiling height and abundant daylight. The clubhouse and communal areas enhance this feel with sleek finishes: quartz countertops, designer lighting, and contemporary fixtures. These spaces extend outdoors through a resort-style pool, shaded grilling lounge, pet grooming station, and landscaped pool deck - all envisioned to create a seamless blend of amenity-driven comfort and visual refinement.

Ridge at North Pointe - Charlottesville, VA

Set across 10 acres of serene greenery, Ridge at North Pointe infuses communal areas with an easy elegance. Interiors blend soft neutrals - think dove gray and linen tones - with warm wood textures and crisp matte black accents. Shared spaces channel refined simplicity: a rooftop deck pairs clean-lined lounge furniture with subtle pops of greenery, while the coworking lounge uses layered materials (wood grains, textured fabrics) to feel both modern and approachable. Amenities like the saltwater-style pool and well-appointed fitness studio are designed for relaxed, elevated living that captures city-edge serenity with thoughtful, inviting finishes.

The Wentworth - Harrisonburg, VA

Set against the rolling backdrop of Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley, The Wentworth’s shared spaces balance traditional comfort with a crisp, updated sensibility. The palette leans into warm neutrals, rich wood tones, and tailored textiles, while subtle modern accents keep the look fresh. Generous lounge areas, a welcoming fireplace, and softly lit gathering spaces create a refined yet approachable environment - perfectly in step with the charm and pace of Harrisonburg living.
